August Winners: Congratulations to "Ronnie said don't panic" who won the GISC quiz trophy for August scoring 43 points. The second place team, "Don't panic Leeds, we will soon be below you" were 7 points adrift with 36 points.

Three teams finished the evening on 34 points: "Thank god we got rid of those two", "Super Heroes" and "Four plus one and a nan".

The wooden spoon winners were "Scally, we couldn't score in a brothel" with 27 points. They received a packet of Jelly Beans each!

Pam and Keith would like to pass their thanks onto everyone who attended. The August quiz night raised £98 towards the 2007/2008 GISC Away Travel operation.

Quick Ten - 10 general knowledge questions
Specialist Round - 10 questions on one mystery subject
Connections - General knowledge with a difference
Wipeout round - Answer as many questions as you can but don't get one wrong!
and of course a single round on Gillingham Football Club

Time:-       7.45pm for 8.00pm start
Venue:-     Brasenose Club, Gillingham
Cost:-        £2 per player - up to 6 players per team

Prizes will be presented to the winners with prizes also available for the second and final placed teams.

The entry fee will be collected on the evening of the quiz with all monies raised going towards the GISC Away Travel operation for the 2007/2008 season.

The event is open to both members and non-members with Gills fans and non-Gills fans welcome to attend.
