July Winners: The GISC, Pam and Keith would like to thank all the teams who entered the June quiz night, which saw six teams competing for the Jack Ackril Memorial Trophy.

Congratulations to "Sorry I Got That Wrong" who took home the trophy for the third successive month scoring 42 points.

They narrowly piped "Grumpy and Co", who also scored 42 points, by getting the closest answer to the tie break question of: How many complete overs were bowled in the first Ashes test of 2009? The answer was 392 with "Sorry I Got That Wrong" estimating 420 and "Grumpy and Co" going for 448.

The quiz nights have currently raised over £150 towards the GISC 2009/2010 away coach travel. We look forward to seeing you all at the next event.

Cost:-        £2 per player - up to 6 players per team

Prizes will be presented to the winners with prizes also available for the second and final placed teams.

The entry fee will be collected on the evening of the quiz with all monies raised going towards the GISC Away Travel operation.

The event is open to both members and non-members with Gills fans and non-Gills fans welcome to attend.
