Newsletter 27 Now Available       10/10/08 - GFC say "thanks but no thanks" to GISC £2,500 donation

Gillingham FC have rejected a £2,500 donation from the GISC which was raised to fund the installation of commentary system for blind and visually impaired persons inside Priestfield.

Although the project has gone ahead with funding from KRBS and Gillingham FC, the money raised by the Gills Independent Supporters Club at the Legends Night was declined.

Despite the reply the GISC Executive Committee have made it clear that although disappointed, they would be willing to meet with the club in order to discuss future ways of helping
